The XML demo data files are in the download pack.

Make sure you’ve activated the theme before importing.

1. Log into that blog as an administrator.
2. Go to Tools:Import in the admin panels.
3. Choose “WordPress” from the list.
4. Upload this file using the form provided on that page.
5. You will first be asked to map the authors in this export file to users on the blog. For each author, you may choose to map to an existing user on the blog or to create a new user
6. WordPress will then import each of the posts, comments, and categories contained in this file into your blog

How to update WordPress Themes ( FTP Recommended Method )

1. Login into your Themeforest account and go to downloads (Dashboad > downloads)
2. Download the theme into your computer. ( Click downloads buttons and download ‘Installable WordPress file’ )
3. Install an FTP program if you don’t have one (Filezilla is free)
4. Retrieve your FTP login information from your hosting admin panel and login into your hosting via FTP
5. Locate theme.zip (eg : rsw.zip) and unzip it. ( this is the file you’ve downloaded from themeforest’
6. Drag and drop theme main folder into your FTP program with the destination : “WORDPRESSROOT FOLDER/wp-content/themes/”
7. FTP program will give a warning that there is an existing with the same directory name, choose replace all.

Another method ( uploading using WordPress admin – NOT RECOMMENDED as this might lead to broken uploads. FTP application ensures all files are transferred properly. )

6. Locate theme.zip (eg : rsw.zip) and unzip it. ( this file is inside the download pack.’ )
7. Drag and drop files mentioned in Changelog.txt file using FTP program with the destination : “WORDPRESSROOT FOLDER/wp-content/themes/”
8. FTP program will give a warning that there are existing files/directory by the same name, choose replace all.
