Thanks for that, I’ve made the amend. I also noticed I was getting a 404 on custom.css so I amended functions/scripts-styles-register.php line 66 to:
wp_enqueue_style( 'CustomStyle', get_template_directory_uri() . '/custom.css',array( 'MainStyle' ),false, 'screen' );
But I still have issues with the margin and padding. You can see the issue here:
