Well, I believe what was making it not work, was that my site was using WP 3.2.1, which didn’t have the multi-loader window. I updated to 3.4.1, and it worked. EXCEPT…. when I upload, it places the following code: [gallery link="file" orderby="title"]
So, when I add the [carousel] code, it gives me both the carousel, and the pics all laid out (bottom of page):

What am I doing wrong?
