The theme won’t block any plugins.
The SEO plugin most likely will be using the title tag in header.php file.
Currently theme uses it’s own structure. I’m sure if the plugin requires changing it’d be in the plugin documentation. The theme is built following WP standard. It has the wp_head() in use so plugin can hook itself if header is needed.
