This will require some customization.
In style.css line 288 there’s a class called .two-column which defines the two column width. You can set this to 100% or remove the width property.
Next you’ll need to adjust the width of all image,gallery and video to fit this new change.
I’d recommend contacting a WP developer on this. I can provide locations of any functions required.
