I checked your portfolio sort section. There was just one portfolio post without a featured image. The portfolio section needs more than 1 to sort.
I’ve added a sample portfolio item and attached images to each portfolio item using your media library to test.
You can check it – drag and dropping the portfolio items to rearrange works now.
