Hi,
1. Contact 7 will need it’s own styling. If you use firebug and get the form class styles and add then to the contact form 7 classes. This will be the best way to add it.
2. Most likely contactform 7 is using width dimensions wider than the sidebar. You can modify this by adding the same class to style.css file.
