I just joined the forum to ask about exactly the same issue. Currently as I understand it you have to put a Category (called Blog) on the menu. This works but it means that all postings must have 2 categories to ensure that when you go to Blog all the posts come up. As I understand it this is not a good practice as it creates duplicate content that Google does not like.
