Could you give me the site url.
Most likely you’ve installed the theme in a subfolder of themes folder in WP
Correct is
themes/rsw/
Incorrect is
/themes/rsw/rsw/
If this is the case you can move the rsw folder one step back so it is inside WP themes folder.
