Hi Michael,
If you use firebug extension for firefox will make locating classes very easy by click and reveal functions. It’ll give details on the class effecting any elements including line number and file.
The menu style file is /css/ddsmoothmenu.css
Sidebar title is style.css line 408 .sidebartitle
